US in-stock items (eligible): MOQ can start from 1 unit. For non-US orders, MOQ starts from 50 units per SKU, and international shipping is arranged once the total order reaches 50 units per shipment.

2. Can I mix different items in one order?

Yes. For non-US shipments, mixed orders are recommended to reach the 50 units per shipment minimum.

3. Do you support small test orders?

Yes. Many buyers start with small test orders. Eligibility depends on whether you’re using US in-stock fulfillment or international shipping.

4. Do you offer OEM/ODM minimums?

OEM/ODM minimums depend on tooling needs and design complexity. Share your requirements and we’ll advise the feasible plan.

B. Lead Time & Delivery

1. How fast can you produce?

Typical production lead time is 7–25 days, depending on quantity and product type.

2. How long does shipping take?

Reference timelines vary by destination and carrier schedules. For ocean shipping: US ~12–25 days, EU ~25–35 days, other regions ~20–40 days. US local shipping from warehouses is typically ~2–5 days (reference).

3. Do you offer EXW / FOB / DDP?

Yes. EXW, FOB, and DDP are available. We’ll recommend the best option based on destination, timeline, and order structure.

4. Can you combine US stock and factory production in one plan?

Yes. Many buyers use US stock for fast replenishment and use factory production for planned restocks or larger quantities.

C. USA Warehouse & Dropshipping

1. What is USA in-stock fulfillment?

For eligible items, we can ship from our US warehouse network to reduce delivery time and avoid cross-border customs complexity for those orders.

2. How many US warehouse locations do you have?

We operate a 12-location US warehouse network (availability depends on item and stock).

3. Do you support dropshipping in the US?

Yes. We can support dropshipping for eligible in-stock items for online sellers.

4. Can you ship to my warehouse, store, or prep center?

4. Do you guarantee 100% compliance or zero defects?

We do not make “100%” or “zero defect” claims. Compliance scope and QC targets depend on product type and market requirements. We manage quality through defined checkpoints and clear requirement confirmation.

Yes. We follow defined QC checkpoints from incoming materials to in-process inspection and packing/shipment verification.

2. What QC proof can you share?

Based on availability and order stage, we may share report samples, packing/staging photos, and loading visuals (when available). Tell us what you need for approval.

Yes. We use packing and order grouping checks (as required) to reduce avoidable issues in mixed orders.
